Discounted registration fee is applicable for students, representatives of NGOs/public sector (except research and academia), and participants from low- and middle-income countries. (This refers to the geographical location of the university/organisation/company, not the individual's nationality.) We refer to the World Bank classification for 'low- and middle-income countries'.
